Vitamin Free Picture Hanger 3D Print Model
Summary
I needed to hang a picture, but I didn’t have any push pins, nails, or removable adhesives.
This small 3D-printable picture hanging hook can easily support a couple pounds in drywall while leaving a 2mm nail-size hole. And it only takes about a minute to print!

To install:
Pre-punch a 1.5mm to 2mm hole at a slight downward angle using a small screw driver or allen key.
Insert printed hook into new hole.
Hang picture/decor on hook. -
JJRC JJPRO T1 Case 3D Print Model

Since I couldn’t find any carrying cases/ boxes for my T1, I decided to make my own.

Bottom piece took around 11 hours.
Top piece took around 4 hours.
Many features are overbuilt/ thicker than they needed to be. I made it this way to make the box sturdier.
Post-Printing
Filing
The inside of the top piece may need to be filed in order to fit the lip on the bottom piece depending on the tolerances of individual printers.
Or you can edit the CATIA part to make it the inside wider if needed. -
Desiccant box, microwaveable 3D Print Model
Summary
This is my own version of a desiccant (silica gel beads) box. Designed for a 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height, PETG recommended for microwave use.
Design goals:
-Microwaveable!!!
->waterproof
->no metal
->no glue
->if warpage occurs after heating, flat surfaces easily restored with a flat table surface
->heat will not cause desiccant leakage
Silica gel desiccant: cheapest to buy in bulk, by the quart, on amazon, ebay, etc. I recommend either the orange indicator type or orange indicator mixed with clear type. -
Display and board stand for Tevo Tarantula 3D Print Model
Summary
It’s a display and board stand for the Tevo Tarantula that keeps all the fancy clear acrylic pieces. Print twice, with one of them mirrored. Supports are helpful for the upside-down countersunk holes in the base, but not strictly necessary.
I will eventually tame this rat’s nest of wires; this is just the first step. -

CR-10 High Clearance Fang Mod for 5015 Fans 3D Print Model

I really love the high clearance fang mod made by Tacblades.
I really didn’t like the high pitched whine that my OEM blower fan made though and that’s what lead me to remix this.
This is exactly the same as the original, only this accepts a standard 5015 blower fan instead of the OEM fan in the original.

Viking drinking horn 3D Model
For printing i suggest 60-80% size and handle must be printed with support. It was printed on Prusa I3 with PETG (hotend 250 C, bed (first layer) 75C and then 50C. It did nice job.

Coffee Grinder Automation 3D Print Model
Summary
So I bought a coffee grinder and discovered I’m far too lazy to grind my coffee by hand… but the coffee is AMAZING when ground by hand…
So… I bought a servo… and modified it to spin forever… (I centered the pot, then cut the nob off it… and ground the gear stop off the gear…)
And I printed a thing… and I used a cheap servo tester to drive this, I suppose if I got fancy I’d program an Arduino Nano to generate the PWM signal I want for a specific amount of time necessary to grind my coffee…
I power it with a USB wall charger… I tested it off a powered USB hub and it seemed fine, but I’d be concerned about amp draw.
M3x26 bolts to hold it on the coffee grinder, M3x8 bolts to hold the servo in… you’ll need an M3 tap.

AFTERGLOW PS4 headset strap FIX 3D Print Model

Non the less it will print with supports and when installing on headset keep in mind that you will have to cut headset plastic by the screws to release the wire from the strap….no need to add the metal support strap the headset comes with…the print is very sturdy and retains its shape with enough flexibility to give you a comfortable fit but strong enough to maintain its position on the users head.

This is only the top strap for the afterglow headset… Open with slicer and set print to adequate wall size 1 mm, inner wall outer wall…keep in mind for flexibility you need spacing between the ZIGZAG infill at 15-30%..REMEMBER, keep FLEXIBILITY in mind when tweaking settings..by all means this print CAN NOT BE A SOLID INFILL..
How I Designed This
i BASICALLY measured the straps position from a to b at the base of the straps standing up on both ends then i went with how high the arch went and designed from those parameters with a digital caliper that measures measuring to the tenth of a mm and from edge to edge, measuring heights of holes and angles and how far somthing is from edges…got prety close by first printing a corner of the hole area were screws go into and made sure the size and angles were on point, made proper tweaks, reprint a sample and went with it….it works, chek link… im happy… -

DxCommander Guy Ring 3D Print Model
Summary
Having taken our DxCommander out in a bit of a wind a couple of things happened. When it blows about the SWR goes all haywire and under very testing conditions with the bottom guys only it can, and did snap on the bottom section. (easily mended with some cable clips)
So this ring sets out to add another spreader with some guy points
It has been testing over the weekend and looks as if it is going to do the trick.
You will need to fettle the hole so it sits on your mast where you want it.
