A printed 3D tool to aid in aligning 20×20 extrusion for tapping and drilling. Basically to help with assembly of printer frame made with 20x20mm extrusion such as the HyperCube or my ongoing design Cubeish! ..
How it works
Slide the tool onto one side of the 20×20, then use the top hole for aligning the tap bit for tapping the ends of the 20×20, or use one of the three M5 holes in the side to assist in fixing one 20×20 to another…
Note: I haven’t printer one yet but will do so and modify design if necessary…
