Summary
Make from ABS so you can glue with acetone.
I split the Chamber into 7 parts and glued using acetone.
The paddles work they just need gluing using acetone.
Gate hinge pins for the base of the lock gates should be made form some 2mm wire rod.
The boat in the photos is a 00 scale 70′ long narrow boat (not 3D printed).
