Download Free 3D Model Cover Plate for Headphone Stand by Borchei 3D Print Model

Summary
I like the headphone stand https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1675682, and made one for a friend with LED’s. I didn’t like that the base was open and the wiring was exposed from the bottom, so I made a simple plate to cover the bottom. Use #4 countersink screws (short ones!) to attach to the bottom. Might want to drill pilot holes for those screws.

You should actually print this at the same resolution and infill that you printed the base for the stand at. Use this to cover the wires in the LED version of his base, or just as a cover to hold in a weight for the base should you decide it needs to be heavier to stand up better or something.
Also, when printing the base for the stand, add an additional 4 or 5 more layers to the bottom or use a high percentage of infill so you have something solid to put the screws in to.
How I Designed This
Whipped it up in 3D Builder after printing a stand and being able to get some measurements for it. This Thing isn’t pretty, but it’ll do the job.
