Summary
Decided to take a break from Star Wars ships, and built the Cyclops submarine form the survival game Subnautica. The Cyclops in-game in approximately 54.2 meters long x 12.6 meters wide x 14.2 meters high. It is the largest player controllable vehicle in the game at the moment. To build, the player must find and scan 3 Cyclops bridge fragments, 3 Cyclops hull fragments and 3 Cyclops engine fragment. A Seamoth or Prawn suit can be held in a ventral docking bay. (A very small Seamoth is included in the file. It is to scale with the main Cyclops model.) -

3D Akula Class Attack Submarine model 3D Model
This Akula Class Submarine model has been developed to be suitable for mid range renders and animations.I have included a scene file with the several layers already parented, to ease up setting up your scene. The MAST hatches have been rigged so that they can be animated rotating a single null object. Rotating the corresponding null on the bank axis will open/close those hatches.Every layer has been clearly named to avoid confusion, same goes for the surface names.Every surface has its own UV map, no overlapping maps.The texture images are in jpg and png format, their resolution spans from 1024 to 4096 pixels, depending on the surface. The mast extends and retracts into the sail as it would have for surface and submerged operation. The instruments can also be extended and retracted individually.The file is organized and named appropriately so any object you want to move, animate or destroy can be easily found.The model is painstakingly researched and built on declassified construction blueprints.
