    This is a simple adapter to allow me to fit Micro cameras into models designed for ‘full size’ HS1177 style cameras. I’m sharing this in case others find it useful!
    It should make the lens of the Micro Camera present at the front of the model roughly where the camera of a full sized FPV camera would be. There are holes to secure the Micro camera into the housing and two more that replicate the ‘standard’ mounting holes on a full sized camera.

If you don’t have a printer that can handle very fine detail go with the version with no indentation as it is a lot easier to print and does the same job. I have provided two bolt patterns on the same design, the first one is base pattern, the other one is offset to mount transmission closer to the right side allowing for closer to center driveshaft location.

    This is my adapted Spider chassis so that you may use the trans I posted before. The chassis and trans were both adapted and fit together with 2mm bolts. Extra holes were made to mount links on trans and extra holes were made on chassis to allow the use of trans on forward or reverse. If using this chassis and transmission you no longer need to limit yourself to the sumo,it can also be used for losi axles as well or any other axles you may want to use.

    Summary
    Enjoy my new 3d design for a brushless micro quadrocopter. It uses 2.5 inch propeller and 2S lipo at dys 7000kv 1104 motors. The AUW of the micro quadcopter is around 170grams using a 850mah battery pack. The flightcontrolboard is flashed with betaflight 3.3 at standart PID settings. Only rates adjusted.
    I could not do a full speed test, but it seems to have quite some power.
    It should be around 150 grams per motor with 2S and the 2540 tribalde props.
    If you have some flexible filament you may print the tpu motor mounts to reduce vibrations on your frame. For me this worked quite good.
    You may also try to print the short standoffs using tpu. In addition i mounted my fc board onto slices of “oropax” earplugs. This works quite well.
    It will fit M3 screws for the frame standoffs and the 30mm flightboards. (10x)
    Use M2 screws for the flight boards with a diameter of 20mm or 16mm (4 – 12x)
    I have also added a tiny bit screwdriver, in case you have troubles reaching the cam mount, you might find it usefull.

    100 sized micro quad.
    This was designed because of the protection it gives to the hardware components.
    Inspired by other sandwich type quadcopters.
    Designed with M3 nylon screws in mind.
    The top layer needs to be tapped with a M3 screw or tap.
    If you don’t want to tap the top layer you will need to drill out the hole so a nylon screw will fit through the whole assembly. M3x25 nylon screw will be needed to pass through whole assembly.
    Frame weight is around 16 grams with recommended settings below.
    FPV camera mount has yet to be designed. Currently I have just hot glued the camera in place.

    Motors: 1104, 1105, 1106 brushless.
    Props: Up to 2 inch props.

    Micro Driver Magnetic Holder (version 6) uses add-during-print (15) 2x5mm disc magnets.
    My favorite precision bit set came with (3) junky 10-bit holders. I didn’t like that. This holds up to 30 micro screwdriver bits efficiently with easy release.
    Prusu .15mm ‘optimal’ settings (modified infill for 2%) for PLA print (large face to the bed).

    VERY IMPORTANT:
    This iteration requires a pause during print to insert the 15 disc magnets into the center holders before the lip is extruded above. This can be visually noted by the notches located at the top of where your magnets should rest. ENSURE YOUR MAGNETS ARE FULLY UNDER THE EXTRUDED LAYERS BEFORE PROCEEDING. Once you have inserted the magnets and confirmed that your extruded will not collide with them, resume the print.
    Post-Printing
    Add the ‘locking’ cap to finalize the magnets position, add a dot of hot glue (or other adhesive) if desired.
