Summary
Lost a headlamp lid from my Mercedes ML270 W163, so had to print a new one.
MercedesLid_1.stl : PETG / ABS, 5 perimeters, 50% infill (this should be strong enough)
MercedesLid_2.stl : PETG / ABS, 2 perimeters, 10% infill
MercedesLid_rubber.stl: any flex material, 3 perimeters, 10% infill
Post processing:
Glue together Mercedes_Lid1 and Mercedes_Lid2 parts
Remove support under hooks in Mercedes_Lid2 part
Push rubber part inside (might be tight)
