I personally slaved over a decomposed head for days cooking the meat off and buffing it to a spotless shine (I really did), JUST so you can own this magical and extinct (not really) housecat on steroids. This was a particularly difficult scan; lots of small bones and angles. -

The approach is simple and everyone can help with its own means, mine: 3D printing.
The design that I am proposing for download is inspired by road signs, which can be found in Australia on the roadside, kangaroo or koala (protected in this country) being replaced here by the different animals on the farm or of the forest. This project is a call for the protection of all animals and the living in general!
How to support: by downloading the models, € 1 will be donated to associations fighting for the protection of animals or our beautiful planet.

Thames Dolphin Lamp Standard 3D Print Model
Thames Dolphin lamp standard’s history goes back to the 19th century. We scanned one of the creatures by taking as many pictures as we could from all possible angles. As we couldn’t cover all the angles, we’ve done some fixing in Autodesk ReMake and sculpting in Meshmixer. It printed very well and it didn’t need many supports. After a huge amount of time spent patching and fixing, we have a lovely replica of the Dolphin Standard.
