Anemometer cup wheel replacement – WGR918N 3D Print Model
Summary
This is a design for a replacement anemometer rotor/wheel for an Oregon Scientific WGR918N anemometer unit – as supplied with quite a few home weather stations.
The original rotor (installed in 2007) finally failed (although I suspect a few of the local Cockatoos might have had something to do with it – they chew on anything)!

Notes:
The hub and rotor cups/arms print separately and are assembled with a few drops of CA (superglue). The original shaft screw and rotor magnet are recovered from the old unit.
