Summary
Are you looking for a modicum of privacy in your bathroom or office while keeping the breeze flowing, all without paying for highly customized blinds? Well, look no more (except at an angle)… your modular window-holder-upper blinds are here.
These panels fit together well, with enough space to slightly alter their angle, yet fit flat enough to glue (or not) anytime. These panels are 133mm length (in order for my 533mm windowsill to have an equal 4 across) by 140mm tall, by 15mm depth (fits into the slot under the window).
You can certainly shorten or expand the length as you need. (I’ll create a customizer if there are requests, otherwise any tool should allow this).
The ‘pyramids’ at the top of the print is my (successful) attempt to avoid supports. Only supports printed are at the very bottom cylinder opening.

Notes:
I printed at 10% infill, and it works, but I’d recommend 15%. I also did 8000mm/min speed, which slightly shows every-other-layer back and forth issues. 6k would probably work better. Even at 8k/10%, 4 of these took ~10 hours to print and 1/3rd of a 1kg spool.

Extended RPi Zero W Einsy Door + Hub Mounts 3D Print Model
Summary
Milo5000’s Einsy case mod was great but I was having issues putting in my RPi with a heatsink mounted. The modded lid allows for a heatsink extending at least 4mm above the MK3 PI frame so around 7mm total in height for the heatsink. The additional space also allows for easier removal of the SD card with pliers or really precise fingers.
I have also included two different sizes for hub mounts. One fits a 26mm X 18mm X 61mm hub which I use for just ethernet connectivity. The larger one fits a 31mm X 21mm X 96mm hub which has 3 usb ports and an ethernet ports. -
Pi Zero W 3D Print Model
Summary
A lot of my robotics projects make use of the pi zero w (especially since my local MicroCenter sells them for <$5). I use this mock up for when I’m working with tight placement / clearances.
It’s made in openscad so many of the dimensions and tolerances are easily customized.

3DR Solo Retractable Landing Gear Pads w/ Payload Release 3D Print Model
Summary
This attaches to the Solo’s Accessory Bay mounting holes. It can be used with or without a small breakout board like the Brownie Boards Nano. Extra space inside can contain all the wiring.
The 9G servo slides in and is held in by the unit being screwed to the Solo.
It you remove the pins from the connectors you can push the retract wires through the holes.
The info here will help you get it wired and working.https://www.hackster.io/phantom-phreak-7ccfe4/extend-3dr-solo-accessory-bay-be4073
This is the small breakout board I like.https://store.brownieboards.com/product/3dr-solo-nano-breakout-board/
Print with supports. Doesn’t require much infill. Most of the empty space it made to hold the wires. -

DV Mega Case for Raspberrypi Zero W 3D Print Model
Summary
I have a Raspberrypi Zero W running MMDVM through a DVMega and printed a case that I thought I would share.
It’s a bit tricky to print and it’s fiddly to connect the DVMega through the case to the raspberrypi, but once together it works great.
The bottom half is this

I hope it works for you but it is a bit tricky as the shape is complex.
