    Get some two cheap bungee cords and you’re set. There are holes already in the strap.
    You don’t need a big 3D printer. This will fit on a 4″ x 4″ printer at a diagonal.

I also remixed (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2764173) the Pro Controller Holder to slide to the right more to allow clearance for the Joycon Strap Dock.

    I lost the metal buckle frame for my Polar M600. Luckily the pin and the prongs didn’t fall off. Couldn’t find just the frame anywhere for purchase, so designed and printed one for myself.
    I’m fairly new to 3D printing (less than 1 week), and this is the first 3D thing I’ve ever designed. Only had white PLA with me so used that, but ideally would look nicer with silver metal PLA.

    link to the fix post on my IG (https://www.instagram.com/p/BUeXSMAjafw/?hl=en&taken-by=codename.ide) This is one of those i cant believe it worked prints…i was an amateur…we learn every day! Non the less it will print with supports and when installing on headset keep in mind that you will have to cut headset plastic by the screws to release the wire from the strap….no need to add the metal support strap the headset comes with…the print is very sturdy and retains its shape with enough flexibility to give you a comfortable fit but strong enough to maintain its position on the users head.

    This is only the top strap for the afterglow headset… Open with slicer and set print to adequate wall size 1 mm, inner wall outer wall…keep in mind for flexibility you need spacing between the ZIGZAG infill at 15-30%..REMEMBER, keep FLEXIBILITY in mind when tweaking settings..by all means this print CAN NOT BE A SOLID INFILL..
    How I Designed This
    i BASICALLY measured the straps position from a to b at the base of the straps standing up on both ends then i went with how high the arch went and designed from those parameters with a digital caliper that measures measuring to the tenth of a mm and from edge to edge, measuring heights of holes and angles and how far somthing is from edges…got prety close by first printing a corner of the hole area were screws go into and made sure the size and angles were on point, made proper tweaks, reprint a sample and went with it….it works, chek link… im happy…

    Summary
    I designed this for my Sony, but I’d expect it can work with other brands. I didn’t like the others I saw that are round and bulky when no cap is attached so I designed this streamlined version. I holds tenaciously.
    To attach to neck strap, pinch a fold and insert it over one of the three tabs. You’ll have to work it a bit and pull from other side as it is designed to be snug. Repeat for other two.

    Summary
    While working on a couple of xyz da vinci jr 1.0 units I noticed they kept having issue’s with feeding which was due to the pneumatic fitting loosing strength and allowing the bowden tubing to come loose causing complete loss of tension for pushing the filament through the hotend. To resolve the issue I took the feeder motor out of the unit and replaced the feeder portions attached to the motor with an aluminum extruder block off amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B014SB12Q2/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1)
    One other thing to note, I also replaced the hotend of the unit using a hotend off amazon as well (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01GD8LCFO/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) so I am not sure if the pneumatic fitting from the stock bowden tube works with the block linked above.
    I then needed a way to mount the moto back to the framing and after searching around thingiverse and not finding something usefull I came up with this simple design.
    Some day I will get around to creating an actual hot end mount that is compatible with the xyz da vinci jr carriage. Until then I just used one I found on here.
