Spruce-Evergreen coniferous tree up to 25-30 m. It belongs to the pine family. The crown of the tree is pyramidal, branching whorled. The trunk is covered with gray or reddish-brown scaly bark. The needles are brilliant, peaked, dark green, tetrahedral.
