Summary
I wanted to create some custom cases/sleeves for my JUUL and needed an accurate model in order to get the proper tolerances for slip-fits and things alike. This model, by itself, will not print well at all. This model is best used as a skeleton to build your own creative ideas on. Model was drawn in SolidWorks2017.

Citroen, Peugeot rear cable sleeve clip 3D Print Model
Summary
This is a replacement clip for my Citroen C4 (2007) Coupe cable sleeve at the boot.
Since there was a problem with the cables (they would brake every now and then and cause shortcuts) removing the cable sometimes results in braking this little piece that is essential to hold the cable sleeve (FYI: my mechanic broke it and had it super glued, so after a while the whole sleeve would come off!).
It’s a replacement part that you cannot find anywhere (or no one would sell it to me!), so I had to print one.
The Citroen order code for this is : 96308075.80.
You will need to print 2 of those since one locks to each other (the locking is not great but a little bit of super glue to each other gets the job done).

It’s best to print it in nylon, ABS or PETG. PLA will be too fragile (brakes when sliding in the opening) and since in warm climates the temperature of the roof/ trunk can reach high temperatures I would recommend a much stronger/temperature proof filament.
Use supports if you want it printed as it is (on the side) I have noticed that printing it like this would result in being stronger when bending the flaps. However, if you rotate it you can print it without supports. -

Nintendo SNES Cartridge Dust Cover / Storage Sleeve 3D Print Model
Summary
This thing is a storage solution for SNES (Super Nintendo) cartridges. Normally, SNES cartridges don’t stand on their side. This cover fixes this problem so you can store your SNES carts vertically on a shelf conserving space and allowing you to see all your cartridges. This cover is modeled after the classic NES dust cover.
The walls are sized to print 2 shells thick on a Replicator 2. At 0.2mm layer height this takes ~1 hours 30 minutes to print.
NOTE: If you have trouble with your replicator creating a weak seam at the “zipper” try setting your “retractDistance” to “1.1” or “1.2”.

19mm Socket Sleeve 3D Print Model
Summary
This is a sleeve that is placed on a 19mm deep wall socket. Its purpose is to protect rims from getting scratched when you remove the lug nuts. This model is for a regular chrome socket with a diameter of 1.01″ X 3.04″L (25.66mm X 77.22mm). The socket I used was made by Husky.
The sleeve has an inside diameter of 1.035″ ID and wall thickness of 0.02″. It is 3.03″ tall.
Post-Printing
I just wiped it with acetone to give it a smoother finish, but you don’t have to. -
