Summary
I bought an REI Kingdom table at the REI garage sale for $20. The table came with 4 cross-members for the ends. It should have come with 2 cross-members for the ends and 2 center cross-members with locating pins. I took some pictures of the correct pieces in the store on another table and designed replacement locating pins in Tinkercad for the center cross-members. I printed at 40% in-fill with supports. I then modified two of the end pieces by cutting off the end tabs, drilling holes for my part, and riveting them on. It works perfectly. Good as new and saved $80.
