Sonoff Basic – Consumer distribution Unit Rail mount 3D Print Model
Summary
This is a design for mounting the PCB of the Sonoff Basic on the rail inside a consumer distribution box (Mains electric box, power distribution box)
This has not been tested, since my printer is broken for now.
USE THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK
I do not recommend using this in the same box as your power Breakers (MCB, FI, fuses etc.)
Make sure you know what you are doing.
This is technically not the right dimensions as a single slot MCB, since the Relay of the Sonoff is as tall as that, but I didn’t want it to take 2 MCB slots.Requirements

if you are using one of the designs with the LED and button holes you can use some wire to extend them to the face

Linear rail carrier holder for BLV with igus TWE-04-12 3D Print Model

I had serious problems with the mgn12H rails from Aliexpress and bought some
350 mm T-linear rails from igus : (TS-04-12) and they are alright for the Z-Axis – didnt try X or Y !
Combined with their TWE-04-12 carrier it is only usable with a new 2020_left/right_holder from the BLV_mod -

Summary
This “Designer” is for creating DIN rail holders. So far the features are:
Creates a holder with a circular hole
The size of the top and bottom can be independently customized
Optional removal of mid-section to save material
Optional finger-pull to release the clip
A customized chamfer radius can be added to the top of the hole
The depth of the clip (front to back) can be customized
Some of the other feature sizes can be customized under Advanced parameters

Summary
This is an experimental part for another user. When I get a chance I’ll print it and make some adjustments to the sizing to suit my printer at least. I’ve released this so you can try it out if you want. It’s made to the sizing of the TM HiCapa 4.3 rail, but I have left it fairly easy to resize with some ~120 grit sandpaper. -

Nerf Kronos Picatinny Rail 3D Print Model
Summary
My remix of tungstenexe’s rival picatinny adapter. The changes I made: tightened the section that grips the rival rail, cut a slot so the stock sights are still visible under the adapter, added holes and slots to accept 4-40×1″ screws and nuts.

Webcam mount for 2020 rail. 3D Print Model
Summary
I made this mount to mount a cheap YoLuke webcam from Amazon on my 3D printer. The printer has an Octopi setup on it and I wanted to be able to check up on prints for anywhere in the house.
Hardware needed:
Reused the hinge pin from the Webcam

Hand Rail Bracket Hook 3D Print Model
Summary
This hook slides overtop of your handrail bracket. It provides great storage on the stairs for bags you need take on the go!
I scaled these hooks to my handrail brackets, but they should work fine if you scale them up or down to fit your handrail bracket sizes.

Oval rail end cap 3D Print Model
Summary
I used 115mm x 43mm oval “cattle” rail to make roof racks for the car. I needed to cap the ends to stop wind noise so I designed these.
Cattle rail can be used for all sorts of things apart from fencing and these end caps finish it off nicely.
I use a dab of Trex to hold them in place but you could also use a rivet or screw.
