    Summary
    NOT FOR 3D PRINTING.
    Machining is probably best for this.
    Measurements taken from the adaptor that comes with Shutter Precision/Exposure QR15 dynamo hubs.
    It’s a bit of a loose fit to the nominal 15 mm ID on the hub. You can certainly make it to better tolerances. I just copied what I measured.
