Action figure custom lab tube with led light, you can fit any 3.75, 1:18th scale (3, 3/4, 4″) action figures in. i’ve made for the purpouse to paint it or put stickers in in. The pictures of the yellow one with the G.I. joe inside are from the first prototipe i’ve made, i put those pictures only with the purpose of you can figure how it looks with an action figure inside, but if you prefer that one ”top head” just inbox or email me and i’ll sent you the .stl file, the only problem its that this one doesn’t have light. For the transparent (crystal, plastic) part you need a normal ”drink” glass and for the light you need a 3mm LED of your favourite colour one or two normal AAA 1,5v batteries and a NO switch. you can print it without support matterial with a nice resolution and printer but i’ll recommend it for some parts. if you buy it and need more information just inbox me or email me.

As the auther pointed out the parts dont fit together without shaving off some material.
I tried to fix it in 3d builder, just placing the parts together and the extracing excess from the parts.
There are a very thin line of material that should be removed on the bottom parts, but since its so thin my Slic3r doesnt care about it anyway..
I have not test printed it yet. -
3D Printed Bridge 3D Print Model

This is a 3D printed bridge that can support over 100 times its own weight. The members in the still file section above this description are printed as follows: Members 1 and 3=100% infill, members 2 and 4=30% infill. The load to weight ratio of this bridge is a whopping 137! The members can be slightly fragile at the points of connections, and for this reason the individual stl filedps for each member are included for piece by piece printing. -
Tronxy X5s Z axis printed split bushing 3D Print Model
Summary
When building my Tronxy X5s, I was not impressed by the stock Z axis bearings. So I designed and printed a replacement system. The bushing has a split in it and you slide the sleeve over it and tighten it with 2 M3 screws and nuts. I printed the bushing in PLA and the Sleeve in PETG, but you could print it in PLA. There is also a short version in which a IGUS RJ4JP-01-08 sits on top of it and both are held and tightened by the sleeve. This was created for the people who do not like PLA bushings.

Set up the number of shells to be enough to create the bushing vertical section without any infill. Allowing the shells to make up the “fingers” of the inner part of the bushing. Mine was 3 shells.

“Good design is as little design as possible.” This principal of Dieter Rams’ has stuck with me as I design. My goal is to think about products in their most basic forms to prevent distraction and disruption as you work and live.
With this project, I wanted to create a timekeeping device that had all the parts to function, without the extra clutter to be functional, yet simple.

Fully Printed Air Rockets 3D Print Model
Summary
I have modified the original compressed air rocket created by Cbonsig to fit onto 3/4″ PVC pipe. It was also modified to fit my Replicator 2 and add a center section allowing for additional rocket length.

FLTHY’S HOLOPROJECTOR 3d Printed Holoprojector Plug 3D Print Model

This is a remix, but I can’t find the original maker, I made this to fit in MrBaddeley 3d printed holoprojectors for use with FLTHY’S HOLOPROJECTOR kit.His plug is much bigger. The bracket is glued on the stem of the plug and I connect my servos to it, The plug is a very tight fit, but hasn’t come out, if it does start to come out I was going to put some hot glue around the seam.

Recommended hardware needed:
4 x 4.5 inch props
motors between 2450kv to 2650kv and a 12N14P frame work
small 36mm x 36mm flight controller (tested with Dodo)
4 in one 36mm x 36mm electronic speed controller (tested with Favourite 20Ax4)
small 25mw VTX with fixed antena mount (tested with Foxeer TM25)
small FPV camera (tested with Foxeer Arrow V1)
VTX antena
40mm round aluminum standoffs used to secure the POD (5mm diameter)
steel screws to hold motors (6mm recommended thread length)
Printing recommendations:
POD should be printed with flexible filament, 70% infill and 1mm wall thickness.
Landing skids should be printed with flexible filament, 35% infill and 1mm wall thickness.
Bottom plate must be printed with a rigid filament such as ABS or PLA with the flat part towards the building plate. 35% to 70% infill (anything higher will be to heavy), 1mm to 2mm wall thickness and 3mm to 4mm bottom and top layers.
Setting low infill values will make the frame as light as it carbon fiber counterparts or maybe lighter. Unfortunately this will sacrifice strength. On the other hand setting higher values will make it stronger but heavier. With todays common 3d printed material such as ABS and PLA this frame will never be stronger than CNC carbon fiber parts. If you test the frame with better materials let me know how it goes. -
