Summary
I really like my Olight s2r flashlight. I use it all the time around the house and typically bring it with me as an EDC tool. I designed this handlebar mount so it can now be used as a headlight on my bicycle for night riding. The design is small and simple to print without any supports. Its a tight fit for the flashlight and the handlebar but that’s probably a good thing.
Note: this is for the front part of a Jones H-bar which is about 24mm in diameter. In theory it could work on something a bit bigger but won’t fit on newer 31.8mm bars. The design is still a prototype. I haven’t done much night riding with it yet. I will most likely update it after a month or two of use.
