It is named clockbackground.bmp and can be found in materials.rar archive.An UVW map modifier has been added.In order to animate the clock, a working pivot had been adjusted. Otherwise detach the needles.The picture above have been rendered with Mental Ray using daylight system. Other applications and lights will give other result.The model is native till 3DS Max, in other formats the materials might not work.
