    Multi-part stellated icosahedron 3D Print Model

    Summary
    This is a stellated icosahedron that prints in parts. You print both parts twice and then assemble the results. There are modeled in holes for dowels to lock the parts in place. I used a machine screw for final assembly. In the photo, you can see the 4 parts printed in 4 different PLA colors.
    Growing up, My Dad would make one of these out of soda straws each Christmas. There is a photo of one of them included above.

    I had the best luck printing this on a raft. You need to print two of each part and then screw it all together. If you have a large build plate, you could print all 4 parts at once.
