  • Revised MPCNC Belt Mount/Tensioner 3D Print Model

Revised MPCNC Belt Mount/Tensioner 3D Print Model

    Summary
I liked DodgeDerek’s redesign of the MPCNC Belt Mounts, but for some reason the tabs did not fit my prints of the corner blocks, so I made a new version adjusted to fit. I also adjusted the exit point of the belt for a more linear pull from the “ear” of the corner block. The other part I redesigned is the belt clip. I changed it to engage the belt all the way around the clip instead of just on the top and bottom. Finally, I modified the nut trap to accept a 4-40 nut instead of the metric size that was in the original.
I am using these on my functioning MPCNC and they have thus far worked out very well.

  • MPCNC Universal Holder for Brother Vinyl Cutter 3D Print Model

MPCNC Universal Holder for Brother Vinyl Cutter 3D Print Model

    Summary
This is a model made for HicWic’s Universal Mount for the MPCNC. I used his base Mini Mount and modified it until it would hold my Brother Vinyl cutter to my liking. It is very stable and will not budge when fully inserted. I have no tried to cut Vinyl with it yet, but I imagine that any failure would be due to something other than this part.
You can find HicWic’s original Universal Mount here:

I doubt it needs to be at 100% infill, but considering how small it is, it meant next to nothing to make it at 100% infill vs something lower.

  • MPCNC EndStop Mount 3D Print Model

MPCNC EndStop Mount 3D Print Model

    Summary
I bought physical switch endstops and didn’t like any of the existing versions. So I made my own from scratch. The End Stops sit snuggly into the trays using pegs to hold them straight. You could drop a tab of hot glue to hold VERY securely if you like.
    I used this End Stop

I had to use supports at first, because I did not pay any attention to how it might need to be printed. If you have good cooling and are an overhang master, maybe you can go without. If you do use supports, I had them stood away from the model by .2 mm so they were easy to detatch

This uses nuts and bolts to assemble, used #6 thread in my case because it’s what I had.

  • Blank Universal tool mount for MPCNC 525 remix by Brink 3D Print Model

Blank Universal tool mount for MPCNC 525 remix by Brink 3D Print Model

    Summary
I mixed in and printed wbarber69’s in a tool mount I was working on before I realized that the shoulder on the insides of the holes were very thin. My tool was substantial and I feared that it would rip those thin shoulders right out of the back of the mount plate. I ended up using washers on mine that made the screws grab the front of the hole. I thought though that I would beef up the thickness of the shoulders since it was easy for me to do so and my help someone else who wished to use wbarber69’s design in their project.
This is the same as wbarber69’s mount except for thicker shoulders inside the mount holes. The screw heads wont go as deep and there is more “meat” for the screw to grab hold of.
    Includes only stl file.

MPCNC spacer for 608zz to remove any play in rails 3D Print Model

    Summary
This is a simple spacer you can put on your 608zz bearings to make the ride more smooth without any play. PLA worked great for me and make sure your increase or lower your layer width so you have a good bond. .44 worked for me on a .4 nozzle
