Straight MW:19 rip, as such its in .semodel that you can import into Blender/Maya with addons (you can Google btw).Use GameImageUtil to convert CS/NOG textures to standard diffuse/specular/AO/glossiness/normal textures.

Mil-Sim Eastern Fireteam 3D Model
Ripped via Greyhound with the original bone structure kept intact. The head was attached via a constraint modifier.The textures were setup with a custom group node to attach them appropriately since their unique to the COD: MW engine. I wanted to link the video where I got these things from but it seems to be down since I can’t find it anywhere.
