Anet A8 Front Brace – Lower Bolt Holes 3D Print Model
Summary
I needed a front brace for my A8. All the models that I found here didn’t fit. For some reason the holes for the bolts were too high for my machine. So I made a design with the center of the bolt holes lowered to at about 14mm above the bottom.

Front panel 2mm lower USB/SD slot 3D Print Model
Summary
I remixed this front panel to be used with the X Gantry support since I do not use a side panel at all after installing this heat bed wiring mod.
What I did was completely remove the factory metal side panel, then I printed the X Gantry support (In the remix list) and the spacer I designed. To cover the front side section, I printed the front panel which has the USB and SD card slots lowered 2 mm to accommodate the mod listed above. -

Caliburn – Lower Stock Reinforcement 3D Print Model
Summary
This is a reinforcment part for https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2376150.
I printed my Caliburn in PETG, which is more flexible than the PLA the designer intended the blaster to be printed in. The stock_alt2 part would be spread apart by the clear tube at the end when the threaded rods were tightened, enough to reduce catch’s reliability. Rather than print an entire new blaster in PLA, I made this part which keeps the threaded rods and stock_alt2 from spreading.

Dishwasher Lower Basket Wheel – AEG Electrolux 3D Print Model
Summary
This is a replacement wheel for the “AEG Electrolux FAVORIT” dishwasher “44760”, but it should fit other models as well.
On thingiverse, there were models of the wheels for the lower basket, but not the upper one.
I didn’t print it yet, because I can’t print ABS at the moment and I don’t think PLA is suitable in that environment, but it should work perfectly.
If you find any errors, please tell me, I will edit the model asap.
How I Designed This
I designed this using onshape.
I measured everything with a caliper off of an old original wheel.

Dishwasher Lower Basket Wheel 3D Print Model
Summary
I got tired of reprinting Dishwasher Lower Basket Wheel holder by Rukey all over again every couple of months, because they broke like the originals, so I redesigned the wheel holder to also include the wheel. This new design should probably have all parts thick enough not to break over time.
Fits our AEG Electrolux, should probably fit Zanussi.

Print it from something that can withstand the heat (up to 75°C in our Electrolux) I used ABS.
Place the outer ring of the wheel so the inner ring is inside it and print it all wheel down. I use Repetier-Host, so I imported both files, set them to the same group, centered and rotated around X-axis 180°.
Post-PrintingPry the print off the print bed, then turn the wheel (outer ring) by hand. The wheel should snap loose and turn freely.
If the axle doesn’t fit, drive a 5.5mm drill bit through the hole.
How I Designed This
I used the Dishwasher Lower Basket Wheel holder as a base for the holder and then just added the wheel at the end.
