Lightweight caster wheel 3D Print Model
Summary
A little caster wheel I made for my robot.
Total height approximately 43mm.
Mounts on two screws 40mm apart.

PLA with a 0.4mm nozzle worked fine for me.
If you need to adjust the tolerances for your printer, try changing the value of “gap” or “big_gap” in the SCAD file.
Post-Printing
Put some petroleum jelly on the moving parts to stop them getting glued together.
The two fork halves glue together, capturing the bracket and wheel.
Put glue on the two little peg holes, and also on the tip of the axle.
Be careful not to glue the forks to the top bracket. -
