a simple health bar with automatic regeneration.
every 5 seconds you will recover 1 part of life. you can change that in the sensor “reinit 5 sec”
the loss of life simulation is performed with the B key on the keyboard.
when you lose all your health, the game is paused with a 2D filter and “Game Over” message.
