    You’ll probably have to whittle the little wings down a bit – this is intentional to ensure a snug fit.

    Summary
    This adapter is to fit cheap H7 led heahlight on the KLR.
    Print on ABS/PETG or PC for temp tolerance.
    How to use:
    Print it
    Remove the headlight cowling from the KLR (the 2 phillips and the 4 M6 bolts).
    Disconnect the headlight and turn signals
    Remove the light cover
    Raise the light lock
    Remove the old light bulb
    Put the adapter with the widthest part to the front. There is only 1 way to put there.
    Lock the adapter in the right location
    Remove the OEM adapter from your led bulb
    Put the led into the adapter. Be carefull that led bulb have 2 marks, one is bigger.
    Once enter, turn the led bulb in clockwise direction until stop it.
    You could need to cut the cover in order to fit the led heat sink.
