As an engineer, I use to prototype a lot to check design concept, workability, interference, clearances etc. And all the time I was thinking that 3d printed parts are always good and precise, but one day, after I made adjustments to the CAD files after prototype testing, the real CNC pats arrived wrong. An reason for that was intolerances in 3d printed parts, therewhy that adjustments made parts wrong.So, I designed clearance test setup, that can be used for determine where and which shapes your printer prints with error.Models in MM.
