Subaru Forester Sun Visor Mount 3D Print Model
Summary
This is the mount that holds up the sun visor in a 2008 Subaru Forester. On my 10 year old car, the visor mount cracked and the visor fell out, so I designed this replacement. It works great. I would imagine that it works in other model years and maybe even other Subaru models as well, but I do not know for sure. I printed this in ABS and it works great. Keeps the sun out of your eyes!

I tried this part in several orientations. It worked best with the flat side on the printer bed. The determining factor is how well the ears at the bottom of the hole grab the end of the visor. I didn’t like having the flat side completely smooth because it doesn’t match the texture of the other materials in the vehicle, but the print was the best in this orientation. -
