    Summary
    Remix of my remix of the phone case by Snickerpleez. This is a very protective phone case designed to be printed in flexible filament. It turned out great. Fits very nice and looks great. I printed it with .8mm borders and 20% infill. Supports are required for some of the overhangs, but not much was needed.

    Summary
    I designed this case to work with flexible filament. When I had printed other snap cases for my iphone 7, I printed with normal PLA filament. However, if I ever dropped my phone the material would snap off or crack.
    When I tried printing the same design using a flexible filament, the fit was off.
    I therefore designed this with dimensions for printing with flexible filaments.

    Summary
    I saw the original idea, and wanted to make it work for FDM printers. Here it is.
    I used a Folgertech FT-5 R1 with an E3D Titan Aero installed. ESun PLA+.
    All of the hinges are print-in-place. 3mm thick total.
    I Used a layer thickness of 0.15mm at 40mm/sec print speed.

    Summary
    Needed a strong G-Clamp to fix things on the shelf. Existing g-clamp model knobs, weren’t as catchy and handy as I would like. Also I have flex filament sample, and decided to add flexible pads, so I recommend you to use plastan/elastan/flex plastic to print them.
    Warning! I’ve used 40mm M8 bolt and nut (13mm width hexagonal head), that’s enough for my application. But In order to clamp narrower things, you need a longer bolt, than on my real pictures – more than 65mm M8, with hexagonal 13mm head.
    SolidWorks assembly source included, feel free to customize it. Simplify3D factory files included as well.

    Printing in Sainsmart flexible filament, but I’m sure many filaments would work well.
    I don’t know how these will hold up over time, but should be good in a pinch.
    The default size is 20mm at its widest point, and 4mm thick. Scale as needed.
    I would suggest at least 25% infill.
