At the time I exported with Polys of about 35000.This food models and objects were made completely with Blender 2.78c and rendered with cycles engine.The model has subsurf modifiers and particles but they are not applied. So you can go on with whatever smoothness(Subsurf) and number of sprinkles(Particles) you like.
