Summary
I printed in PLA with my dual extruder FlashForge Creator Pro.
I curved it in one step just by prying it off the build plate while it was still warm and bending it around a bowl.
I think I might have to print something to help with the bending, hold the pins in place and have a nice curve to bend it over.
