There are 4 bases, 7 shafts, 6 bands, 6 capitals, 3 abacuses to choose from when making new columns. A typical column will usually have about 500 verts. There is a free sample of a complete column included in OBJ, FBX, 3DS, Blend formats.The columns have two different AO materials. The first is used by all pieces except shafts, and the second includes a displacement texture and is exclusive to shafts. The texture is responsible for horizontal grooves in the columns to indicate where individual stone blocks are.
