2020 Caster Mount 3D Print Model
Summary
Inspired by this NYC3D caster mount (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2463705) I designed my own due to being unable to source a 28mm screw space caster wheel. This caster mount will work for any 20×20 V-slot extrusions. For the wheels i am sourcing them from Home Depot Everblit line, that makes it a lot easier to get for most people in North America.
When installing the M5 nut it will be a tight fit, use your pliers to push it in.

Low Profile Caster Wheel 3D Print Model
Summary
Designed these to be affixed to the bottom of a rolling box that is stored under a table. Print with 100% infill. The axle just needs to be tapped in with a gentle persuader once the wheel is in position of the hub. Don’t install the axle first even though it looks like you can snap it in. Uploaded the 3 parts as a set or as individual pieces.

PLA with a 0.4mm nozzle worked fine for me.
If you need to adjust the tolerances for your printer, try changing the value of “gap” or “big_gap” in the SCAD file.
Post-Printing
Put some petroleum jelly on the moving parts to stop them getting glued together.
The two fork halves glue together, capturing the bracket and wheel.
Put glue on the two little peg holes, and also on the tip of the axle.
Be careful not to glue the forks to the top bracket.
