EV J1772 Type 1 Connector Dust Cap – Various types 3D Print Model

Hey guys,
First design here after using many from here! After I couldn’t find a design I liked for a dust cover cap for my Type 1 lead I decided to design my own. Although my lead is normally partially covered I would find sometimes after heavy rain my external charger would trip, I assume due to moisture in the connector. Having recently got a 3d Printer (Anet A8) I figured I would make my own!
I have 4 .stl files here:
1 – EV Type 1 Connector Cap: bog standard cap, with no real way of securing it anywhere.
2 – EV Type 1 Connector Cap with hole: same as above but contains a loop hole to attach to the lead. My initial thoughts was to use an elastic band to attach it
3 – EV Type 1 Connector attachment: For use with 2). Is simply a connector long enough to attach it to most leads
4 – EV Type 1 Connector Cap with connector: A cap with no loop, instead with the connector already attached. This is what I’m currently using in the pictures above.
All 4 are pictured above
Printed using TPU filament, so it has a little give whilst attaching it. Its a nice snug fit on the end, which means it doesn’t come off when you try shaking it.

End cap for Meanwell LRS-350-12 3D Print Model

Wanted an end cap for my meanwell that would allow me to easily disconnect my Ender-2. The xt60 and xt30 just push in and are a tight enough fit that they shouldn’t go anywhere but you can always add a drop of glue to them. Links for the parts I used are below.

I used 115mm x 43mm oval “cattle” rail to make roof racks for the car. I needed to cap the ends to stop wind noise so I designed these.
Cattle rail can be used for all sorts of things apart from fencing and these end caps finish it off nicely.
I use a dab of Trex to hold them in place but you could also use a rivet or screw.

I needed a body cap for one of my camera bodies that I was selling. I have seen a few but really wanted one that didn’t need supports. I designed the first one, the “CAM”, design that uses some cams on the inside to lock into the body. That worked fine but it could still fall out so I went ahead and designed one with a “BAYONET” and added supports. It printed fine and the supports easily came off. -

72mm lens cap clip for neck strap 3D Print Model
Summary
I designed this for my Sony, but I’d expect it can work with other brands. I didn’t like the others I saw that are round and bulky when no cap is attached so I designed this streamlined version. I holds tenaciously.
To attach to neck strap, pinch a fold and insert it over one of the three tabs. You’ll have to work it a bit and pull from other side as it is designed to be snug. Repeat for other two. -
