Tina Stark aka Iron Girl – by SPARX Free 3D Model
Tina Stark aka Iron Girl – Bimbo Series Model 1 – by SPARXThe beginning of a series of “Female- Bimbo” (no offense to female members just Bimbo fits!) alternatives to Marvel and DC characters. This is not an easy printable and is my first endeavour into the 3D printing process of model making. There is full details of my inspirations, design tools used etc. in the enclosed instructions.pdf, I strongly advise downloading this to get the best possible print.A lot of Paint !there is a fair amount of postwork required for this model.the alternative arms and head have holes printed but may not line up or fit correctly in the sockets without a bit of sanding.I left the armour with print lines , but used Keytone then washing, then sanding, then acetone wash . . with a lot of masking and spraying.Main armour spray painted, body acrylic hand painted and finished contouring etc . .before a final 3 coats of clear lacquer.I printed two chest plates, one with T-Glass and one in ABSHow I Designed ThisI wanted to make this without any cost and needed to use tools available from sources that are truly FREE.My technique was simple . .. Daz set pose with built in models then export with no materials as OBJ. Find Free royalty free objects I could then draw in 123D, or load into Meshmixer and scale/place onto my female. Once this was done, extrude the clothing into the female body, then combine, make solid . . a little trip into Netfabb, fix, save, back into Meshmixer and spend many days sculpting all of the detail.I did learn that heads are hard from DAZ to 3D printas they export eyes lashes etc . . .so again using heads from Public Domain as a start edited in Sculptis and MeshMixer so solid objects . .Custom SectionI made alternative head arm sets . .one wearing a helmet and arm with no helmet set . . then decided to create a helmet free head, so had to put helmet in hand.you can print out both as the Stark box as can be seen from photos holds spare parts. To fix alternative arms I use a rubber shrink tube over a metal screw inserted into shoulder . . so I can remove heads and arms as my fancy takes me . .

Amazonian Archer – by SPARX Free 3D Model
Amazonian Archer – by SPARX3D MODEL DESCRIPTIONThere are a lot of pictures on the internet of this pose as well as some 3D printed versions to purchase. . I have always been inspired by this pose and find some of the “downloadable” version not very print friendly. .I urge you to download the PDF instruction as to how it was printed . .Its a lot easier to print than previous uploads so have a go . .let me see your prints .3D PRINTING SETTINGSSo as we go the method and orientation of print and print settings for each part . .bodyonly no hands belly button.stlAs learned previously heads/faces are better printed with horizontal lines and nostrils facing up . . so torso has only one orientation. Also the majority of supports are on her smooth back and easy to remove.Printed at 0.2mm slow speed with 90% fill in ABSLegsLoading in the leftleg.stl and the Right leg and bow base.stl together with a raft if you feel its necessary. My DaVinci printed onto glass heated bed without raft and medium supports. The right leg is purposely positioned so the bow base is horizontal. If the bow base was vertical each section would be week and snap across . .Believe me I printed this way first. Printed at 0.2mm slow speed with 75% fill in ABS Medium supports requiredbow leg leg one only.stlonly one of these files needed as just clone it and print two at a time as in picture . .Printed at 0.2mm slow speed with 100% fill in ABS no supports requiredRocktop and hands.stl and Rock Base.stlIf you wish to load both and print as one solid piece be brave, however the rock guzzles filament . .so I printer rock at only 25% fill low supports at 0.3mm . .while the top and hands Printed at 0.2mm slow speed with 90% fill in ABS low supports required. The reason I have split this item is not everyone has access to changing fill speed etc. in a printing STL very expensive software available. .so my advice is to print separately as I did this way the arms will be strong enough to support her weightI also decided to scale my model up before printing at 140% to make her a full 1/12 scale
