I simply used that cube to demonstrate the reflective surface of the mirror.The light bulbs are more complicated than these images can convey (accounting for the high poly count), and they include the inner mechanisms inside the bulb (see the closeup wire frame image on the bulb for reference), which you can reveal by adjusting the shaders (ie replace the emission shader with a Transparent or Glass shader). Play with the bulbs to get the look you want. As they are, they emit yellow light, which will slightly light your scene.
