Compact 90 straight and cross for 15×15/OpenBeam/Makerbeam XL 3D Print Model
Summary
This is a compact 90 degree brace for Openbeam/Makerbeam XL 15×15 extrusion. There are two versions – one is a straight 90, the other is a very handy 90 degree rotated variant so you can do crossovers. The crossover version is pictured in the as-built photo.
A couple of things make this design different than the numerous other corner braces out there. This one has channel grooves to keep the part stable, which makes for a really nice, sturdy brace. I also did countersunk holes to make for a nice clean installation.
You do need to print this with supports but cleanup isn’t bad.

90 degree angle bracket for FTC Robotics 3D Print Model

Hello we are FTC team #9707. We have created this bracket for us with the Tetrix kit of metal parts designed for use in FTC Robotics competition. We designed this because we wanted a cheaper alternative to the metal ones that are commercially available. These cost between ten cents and one dollar each to make on a 3D printer. Monoprice Ultimate 90 Degree Adapter for ribbon cable 3D Print Model

I installed a flexion extruder on my Monoprice Ultimate and need some additional clearance to I could access the set screw on the flexion. I also decided to turn the ribbon cable 90* sideways so the cable lays parallel to the top of the printer.

Mini-V Base Plate for 90 Degree Motor Mount 3D Print Model
Summary
So, I had gotten a Mini-V Rail setup for my FT-5 and wanted to mount the motor to a 90 degree bracket on the base plate. Couldn’t find anything on Thingiverse with the correct dimensions for the mounting holes on the base plate, so I came up with this design.
It is currently a work in progress as I have not printed the part yet, but once I get the part printed and test it out, I will make changes as needed. So far, with a first layer print and a position test, the holes match up perfectly.
