    Summary
    My son was a fan of the movie. I thought printing the bolt from the Iron Giant’s ear would be a neat experience for him. I took a little artistic liberty with how the thread terminated in the image. It didn’t sit well that the thread helix appears to turn into a ring instead of terminating at a chamfer or spiraling inward.
